This bed is beautiful, however my only issue with the bunk is that it is wobbly. the wood is great. the packaging was very good. THe slats were taken care of and the bed itself is good. I want to find out how to make it not so wobbly. Kathy
My delivery was prompt. the movers did a great job being careful. However, If someone could call me regarding what I can do to make the bed more stable, I would appreciate it. If the bed was not wobbly I would have give it 5 Stars.Kathy Lancette

Product used for small childred. Slat pack may be very good for twin but was very unstable for full size. I had to spend an additional [$] to buy (3) 4x8 sheets of plywood to use instead of the slat pack. [...]One of the rails cracked when I was assembling it and I will have to get a replacement eventually. Two of the wheels on the trundle were not assembled and one of the wheels fell off and I had to drill 2 more holes and screw on. I suspect that I will be repairing them in the future because the screws were too short as well. For the price it was good deal, but you may need a drill and some extra tools to assemble / fix.

The beds were beautiful, but the slats were not very strong and we were scared they wouldn't even hold our 6 year old if he got roudy on the bed. My brother-n-law sat on the bed and fell through. Therefore, my husband had to go out and buy boards to make it stronger. It created quite a headache.

So far so good. Product was somewhat difficult to setup, but once together very good comfortable bed for my boys.

The wood actually has a tad more red/cherry tone to it than the pictures which is great. Prettier than the online pics. The beds are heavy - very solid quality. I am using these in my girls' room who are 4 and 5 years old.

My 3 children love that they can now all "bunk together" with room to spare! Quality, safety and value are my three priorities and this full-over-full bunk bed meets all three. I would make the same purchase again without thinking twice.

It took me and a friend about 3 hours to put together this bunk bed. The quality of the beds were very good and we didn't have any major problems. Just make sure you follow the directions. So far there are no squeaks or problems with the beds and the kids are extatic. i would recommend this to my friends.....

LOVE the bed, it is as beautiful as the picture, solid wood, sturdy! The mattresses aren't worth being free! I will be surprised if they last 6 months and are not comfortable or supportive.

The bunk beds themselves are very nice.They are made of good solid wood and are very nice to look at.The only thing wrong is the free matresses that come with them,they are not that great.I guess if your useing them for the 10 and under crowd they are probably okay,but if you intend on useing them for adults its probably not the way to go.
